The Right Advice on… Managing Absence

This training session will equip you with the knowledge and tools to manage absence proactively and can help you to assist your organisation to move towards a more productive and engaged workforce.

By the end of the session our experienced HR Trainer will have walked you through types of absence, the impact of high levels of absence and best practice to deal with absence whilst considreing the legal implications.

Who needs this training?

This half day training is designed for those responsible for HR processes, including Managers, in their organisation.

This short session (2.5 hours) is designed to give practical advice and tips that can be taken back to the workplace and applied immediately.
