Carli is a trauma-informed Mind, Body, Soul Wellness expert. Her intention is to bring a sense of calm, compassion and safety, whilst holding space as she guides clients on their self-care journey. She coaches one-to-one clients, hosts an online membership community and runs a range of events and workshops.She is the person people turn to when conventional routes haven't yielded the desired results for recovery from burnout, chronic stress, depression, anxiety and unexplained physical symptoms.Through her own healing journey, re-training, and exploration of holistic modalities, she bring a unique blend of intuition, trauma-informed somatic and energy coaching, nervous system knowledge and hypnotherapy together, integrating these practices to facilitate powerful, yet gentle self-healing and transformation.Vitality Naturally was birthed in 2018 and since then has evolved as Carli has. Her mission though remains the same:"To create a world where every person has access to the tools, techniques, knowledge, self-compassion, courage and self-trust to practice radical self-care and master personal wellbeing. Her mission is to see every person empowered to integrate this into daily life so that they can experience the innate wellness, vitality & joy they truly deserve."
