Zelda Kaitano a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Registered Mental Health Nurse based in Kent, is passionate about all things Construction and Mental Health. Having worked in the construction industry she has some insight into the pressures facing people in this industry (particularly men). With her nursing hat on she has started exploring ways of offering practical, therapeutic, supportive and clinical services to men. This taster session is the first of many sessions to gain a deeper understanding of the wellbeing needs of men.Lou Hayes a Chartered Physiotherapist who owns and runs Holcombe Clinic is passionate about ensuring all aspects affecting health are catered for in particular providing alternate therapeutic solutions. Lou has recognises that physical health can impacts all other aspects of health and well being. That is why her clinic offers various forms therapies.
