Megan Gallagher is a NASM-certified personal trainer + movement coach based out of Philadelphia, PA. She has trained across many disciplines including barre, running mechanics, TRX, and corrective exercise—until a challenging birth experience in 2021 led her to specialize in prenatal strength training/postpartum recovery with ProNatal Fitness. Megan founded Third Space Fitness Collective to shift the current paradigms of pre/post natal care + support strong, healthy birth experiences. She also co-leads the Philadelphia chapter of Chamber of Mothers, an advocacy group working for federal policy change that supports working families and the health + wellness of all birthing parents. Megan resides in Elkins Park, PA with her family + loves book recs from strangers, musical theater, and (lots and lots of) fresh air.
