The Tinora Planetarium, housed in the Performing Arts Center, is a dedicated space that boasts the Digitarium Theta+ planetarium system that uses the exclusive Nightshade G3 universe simulator from Digitalis. The dome-shaped ceiling acts as a projection screen, often spanning a wide area to create an immersive experience. Advanced projectors and digital technology display vivid, life-like simulations. Planetariums often include seating arranged in a circular or semicircular format, so viewers can gaze upward. Audiences can be immersed in various simulations, and can easily travel through time and space to demonstrate different concepts.
