Touching Hearts at Home's mission is to provide experienced Home Health Care to adults and seniors to preserve their quality of life and remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Owners Ruben & Rose Ramos started Touching Hearts at Home after Rose’s mother, Rita, was diagnosed with dementia. It was the first time the Ramos family had dealt with the declining health of a loved one. After two years of learning everything about the disease, medications, specialty doctors and how to provide proper care for her dementia, they realized they could help other families dealing with the same challenges. That’s when they started Touching Hearts at Home. We are so blessed to serve seniors and adults in our community for over eleven (11) years with an exceptional leadership team and CareTeam.
