I am a traveling Ashtanga yoga instructor throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire and occasionally may be found guest teaching abroad including countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Spain and Dominican Republic. I also host local and international yoga retreats focusing on soul balance and personal transformation. My endearment for the sea, salt air and wave play is the basis of all retreats I offer.
