Victorious African Store Plus brings personalized customer care from its passionate innovator, Ufakobong Utibeabasi, a pastor, retired educator, and former chemist. Ufak, commonly known by many of her customers as "Victoria," was the first to bring the cultural riches of her hometown of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria along with other prominent African countries to the USVI.
