Sonja and Yee met during their 200 hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training with Alina Bialek at Integrity Centre in 2023 and quickly developed a close connection that transcends their deep passion for yoga. Both have earned the recognition from Yoga Alliance Professionals as Yoga Teachers and teach in various studios across London. As teachers, they agreed quickly that in London, yoga is simply not accessible to everybody - the high price tag and homogeneous audience at many studios constitutes a barrier to entry for many, especially for beginners. Their 'Vinayasa Flow - All Levels' weekly class on Sundays is an attempt to remove this barrier to entry, pricing the class at an affordable £15 whilst keeping the size of the group small and intimate to create a safe space for all. The class is held at a local community gym in Dalston, London.
