"Aligning your reality with your true giftsand passions".Passionate and committed to her students' self growth and empowerment, Hana has been teaching yoga and Mindfulness for the past three years. She graduated from teacher training at Liberation Yoga in Los Angeles, where she also spent a year as an apprentice to Pagan George, a well known Iyengar teacher in the LA community. Hana taughtYoga and Kabbalahat Liberation Yoga where she blended these two ancient wisdoms and their principals. She currently teaches Yoga and hosts a monthly Healing Circle at Henry Mayo Fitness Center in Santa Clarita.
