Marrow is Detroit’s first neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant hybrid. Our continued mission is to promote, utilize and advance a healthy, local and sustainable food system while crafting incredible food and providing an unforgettable experience. Full utilization continues to be our priority, priding ourselves on an almost zero-waste operation (and most of that waste is composted). We work to honor local farms by using everything they have to offer - fruit to root and tip to tail. That means sometimes our food can get a little funky, and we like it that way.
