Tanya Bowe – Registered PsychologistPerinatal psychology and women’s mental health (B Psych(pg.dip), MA Org Psych, MAPS, COP Fellow)With over 15 years of experience as a registered psychologist, Tanya has always had a passion for supporting clients to foster personal growth, wellbeing and meaningful change. She has a special interest in perinatal mental health, and supporting women through various life transitions.Tanya takes a holistic, integrative approach, recognising the connection between emotional, physical, and relational well-being. She tailors therapy to individual needs, drawing on ACT, CBT, schema therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, self-compassion practices, and mind-body strategies to promote well-being. As an endorsed Organisational Psychologist, Tanya also provides workplace EAP services and executive coaching.Special Interests include:• Perinatal Mental Health – Supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. She also facilitates the 8-week Circle of Security Parenting Program, supporting parents in building strong, secure relationships with their children.• General Women’s Mental Health – Supporting women experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, depression, adjustment and stress.• Women with ADHD – Supporting women through late diagnosis, with a focus on Emotional regulation, identity shifts, self-compassion, and practical coping strategies• Professional Women & Workplace Well-being – Supporting professional women to thrive in their careers while maintaining mental well-being.
