Tanya is the founder, CEO, and Principal of Hines+Associates Consulting Firm. In her 30 years of experience, she has worked with Fortune 500 and privately held companies within the consumer durables, media, non-profit, and CPG industries. She is a transformotive leader who excels in shifting organizational capability and culture, therefore accelerating sales and profitability performance.Tanya's career began at Procter and Gamble, where she served for nearly 20 years, becoming one of the first black female executive sales leaders and recognized diversity champion in North America. During her subsequent tenure at Johnson Publishing Company as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Sales and Marketing, she developed strategies, go-to-market models, and capabilities that transformed the organization, restoring profitable growth to the media business.Most recently, Tanya served as the Vice President of Global Commercial Excellence at Clarios, formerly Johnson Controls. She led the function and was responsible for creating and executing strategies that raised commercial capability.Beyond her corporate experience, Tanya is known for her ability to solve complex problems by bringing people together across boundaries to achieve impact. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee and Board of Directors at City Forward Collective, and the Zoological Society of Milwaukee.A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Tanya holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University. She is married to Daven L. Hines, Sr.,and they are the proud parents of one son, Daven L. Hines, Jr.
