About the OrganiserWelcome to Nature Therapy Hub, a space I created to bring the transformative power of nature to women seeking connection, peace, and personal growth.I am Rachida, a qualified Forest School Leader, certified Forest Bathing Guide, and Forest Therapy Practitioner, as well as a registered and approved member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). I also offer Sound Baths as part of my holistic approach to well-being. With a deep belief in nature’s ability to heal and restore, I founded Nature Therapy Hub to share mindful and nature-based experiences that help women reconnect with themselves, each other, and the natural world.Through offerings like Silent Circles: Breathing Walks and Sound Baths, I provide safe, calming spaces where women can step away from life’s busyness, embrace stillness, and find their own rhythm in harmony with nature. These sessions are designed to promote relaxation, reflection, and a renewed sense of well-being.At Nature Therapy Hub, my mission is to empower women to rediscover peace and strength through simple, mindful moments outdoors.
