Hi--my name is Beth Kruger. I am a Women’s Wellness Educator and Coach specializing in health and hormone balance for over 20 years.I help women in their 40’s and 50’s implement healthy eating habits that last, integrate an exercise routine that works for their changing body, and reduce stress by practicing mindfulness, movement, and gratitude techniques that are backed by scientific studies.My clients feel less overwhelmed and more confident in their bodies, work, relationships, and in their lives after working with me.
