Cheri is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Master Teacher and a Certified QHHT Practitioner. Member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP) and Member of the Sound Healers Association (SHA). With over 20 years experience, she began her regular yoga practice in 1999 out of Encinitas, CA, the birthplace of Yoga in Western Culture. She built a professional career as a National Award Winning Account Executive, but it took a health crisis for her to realize she was working herself Soul Sick. Cheri left the corporate world, leaned into her Yoga roots and has never looked back! Today, she manages multiple autoimmune diseases that she credits for guiding her into the depths of her personal healing and spiritual journey.As a Frequency Healer and Quantum Guide, Cheri is in constant awe of the frequency behind all things, especially Reiki, crystals, sound healing and essential oils. She is intuitively guided to alchemize and harmonize these frequencies to create a true Soul Healing experience for her students and clients.
