All events are now able to be booked via my website - please pop across for info on my current Women's Circle's and other therapies I offer.www.peacefulsoultherapies.comHi, my name is Lisa and I’m a Holistic Therapist specialising in facilitating Women's Circles, Workshops, Bodywork & Ecsatic Dance, Reiki, Soul therapies, Spiritual Life Coaching and Mentorship. Training in the latest therapies I have now experienced ways to implement recovery, increase self-awareness, evoke relief, and reawaken the abundance of what each individual is capable of. I've be drawn to holding space for other women in gatherings online and in person by bringing us together for love, unity and support. This is very special to my heart as reaching the perimenopausal years myself I have discovered how important female relationships are to us not only for emotianl support but for keeping physically healthy from changes to cortisal levels through release and connection which in turn makes us happier and look/feel younger! Some of us may be lucky enough to have close friendships or familiy relationships that we value and use for release but there is magic in the trusting of strangers in a womens circle. By not having previous knowledge of someones past, or who they are out in the world gives freedom to be and say exactly what you feel in the moment without interuption or judgement.Important information: Everything shared is held confidentially within the gathering and all participants agree NOT to discuss or contact another participant regarding what is shared once the group session is closed. We value inclusivity and show respect to all attending by not offering opinion, advice, interuption or by referring to/commenting on anothers share when it is your time to speak. Should a participant not want to share at anytime then their decision is respected and they will not be directly asked to speak should they not offer voluntarliy.
