Our mission is to empower our students by providing realistic, effective and trusted self-defense instruction, tactics and education. Courses are designed to meet the unique needs of our students and provide the most effective defensive skill set to counter attempted violence.  Our courses don't require a long commitment. With a one day or even a one evening class, you can gain the skills needed to stay safe and become empowered.We also provide professional speaking engagements, group safety and self-defense seminars and wellness seminars to businesses and groups throughout the U.S. via our corporate divisionAdrenaline Self Defense.
