With a deep passion for empowering women through fitness and holistic well-being, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others find balance, strength, and confidence in both body and mind!I am a certified nutritional therapist and personal trainer (specialist in women's health) with 7 years of experience in the wellness industry. I believe in creating supportive and inclusive environments where women can feel inspired to take care of themselves, both physically and mentally. My approach combines movement, mindfulness, and education to help women unlock their full potential, improve their overall health, and embrace self-care as a priority!This event is designed to be a space where you can connect with other women, learn new wellness tips, and most importantly, feel uplifted and rejuvenated.
