“Studying and practicing yoga for over 25 years, and teaching for 16 years now, yoga is coming home for me. Teaching all ages and abilities has enabled me to have a deep understanding of needs and wants for each individual student.To me, knowing yoga is more than just the poses, it's about how to find calm amongst chaos and peace in the pain.This inspires my teaching- to help others find their inner calm and strength, to rise and evolve.
