Soung Rong is an entrepreneur and software engineer that started 3 different companies and exited 2 of them in the last 10 years. As an engineer he has built apps and managed teams for startups, SMEs, and large corporations. His most recent exit was a Software-as-a-Service startup called Mole, which was funded by a global venture capital firm called Antler. Soung Rong taught himself how to code but it was an extremely painful process, so he hopes to make it easier for other people.

Join us for a hands-on workshop tailored for non-technical founders to understand software, manage engineers, or build their own tech. Learn how to grow (almost) any business with tech through practical examples and tools.

This is a hands-on workshop, so you should bring your laptop. This will enable you to better understand and benefit from the material presented. If you do not have a laptop, be sure to take comprehensive notes so you can apply what you’ve learned later on.

During this workshop, we will cover:

1. A foundation in software development
   You will learn how to build software, which will help you to manage a software team or DIY.
   
   
2. A framework to grow and scale (almost) any business with tech
   Discover how different businesses can leverage technology at various stages, even if you have zero budget.
   
   
3. Practical examples, tools, and resources
   Everything from this workshop is reusable and can be applied to your own job or startup! Feel free to “steal” these ideas and make them your own.
