Hello everyone!We are your hosts "La Grande Dance Community," and Israel Castellon "Izzy" and we are thrilled to welcome you to this "Unified through Dance" workshop focused on Dominican Bachata Footwork, dedicated to the passion of social dance.At "La Grande Dance Community," we celebrate the diversity of cultures and styles, from the amargue music of the Dominican Republic to the sensuality of Modern and Sensual Bachata, the energy of Country Swing Dance from the United States, the elegance of Argentine Tango, the African rhythms of Kizomba and Urban Kiz, the melancholy of Blues Dance, and the contagious joy of Salsa from Puerto Rico and Cuba. Whether you're an experienced dancer or taking your first steps in this world, this is your place!We are actively searching for spaces and venues in the states of Oregon, Idaho, and Washington where we can organize dance classes, workshops, and social events. We want to create spaces where you can learn from scratch, refine your skills, and connect with other dance enthusiasts.Our main objective:To build a vibrant community of dancers who, regardless of cultural or linguistic barriers, discover the power of dance to connect with their bodies, express emotions, create joy, enjoy movement, and connect with other dance enthusiasts.We invite you to immerse yourself in the magic of "Unified through Dance," a 2-hour Dominican Bachata Footwork workshop, with an additional half-hour of open practice for those who wish to stay. Here, you can apply what you've learned, meet other dancers, and share experiences. The dance floor is the best place to make friends and enjoy the music!We'll see you on March 29th at 3:00 PM sharp!
