OUR VISION: BREAKING THE CYCLE OF ILLITERCYThe Landing Charity Foundation’s vision and mission focus is on youth education, including women empowerment in addition to support to help children with parents who are illiterate. Because of this, many of the parents cannot afford to pay for their children’s basic educational needs like schools, teachers & tutors, books, photos and extracurricular activities. In the United States alone, there are over 32 MILLION illiterate adults, many being parents. That’s about 14% or one in seven men and women over 18.We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference.SUPPORT THE HOMELESS PEOPLEHow to get them out off the street and provide careers and jobs for them.Our Project is $55,000 starting with building a skill center and creating jobs for the homeless people, so they’re able to provide for themselves and get affordable homes to live in.THE LANDING CHARITY FOUNDATION HAS BEEN LAUNCHED IN THE GAMBIA TOO.We do annual give away events same as well youths education and women empowerment which start Raleigh North Carolina, but get involve in health care too in The Gambia I adopted 2 unit in a hospital at new jeshwang this unit in the hospital are women maternity and premature babies, in addition to skills center, soccer, academy which to be build in the future. This includes hospital bed which we need help with and we need doctor who can voluntee at this moment , as well as we needed some of equipment in the unit hospitalOUR TEAM: ONE LOVE & UNITY.We can help by transforming people's lives by giving back to the next generation in order to achieve their goals and dreams, develop skills and generate synergy through coordinated efforts. This allows each child to maximize their strengths and overcome their weaknesses. We are fighting to give our children a foundation in such freedom, building in their hearts the will to live as they choose so that they may meet oppression with courage, and a virtuous intent to contribute to their communities.
