Inner Wellness Studiostu·di·o: from Latin: studium, from studere, meaning to study or zealInner Wellness Studio is a yoga school offering teacher trainings, continued education workshops, private and group classes, health coaching, and retreats in Puerto Rico, South Africa, and beyond. It is a co-creation by María Victoria la Tanamá & Diego Baldi.Founded with the intention to share yoga in a way that is integrative, respectful, and transformative, Inner Wellness blends alignment-based movement, restorative practice, Ayurvedic lifestyle, and mindful self-inquiry with a deep commitment to cultural awareness and trauma sensitivity.Our programs are grounded in the roots of yoga and supported by decades of collective experience in pedagogy, wellness, and community-based learning. We believe in teaching yoga as more than a sequence of postures — but as a living practice that invites personal transformation, collective care, and conscious living.We are a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, offering 200-hour and 300-hour certification programs, as well as continuing education for teachers (YACEP®). Our lead instructors are Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers (E-RYT), trained across diverse methodologies and respected international schools.In 2021, Inner Wellness Studio, in collaboration with alumni and community members, co-founded iSeva YogAfrica NPO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to wellness education in South African townships and rural areas.Whether we’re teaching in our home studio or in partner venues, we offer learning spaces that are inclusive, soulful, and professionally structured — preparing students to not only deepen their practice, but to share it with clarity, compassion, and integrity.
