Carrie Asby is a wellness coach, yoga instructor, author and environmental/wildlife activist who’s currently developing an off-grid homestead on her own little cherished patch of land in Wyoming. She teaches mindfulness and self-nurturing practices that help her students connect with themselves and the planet. Her love of nature, animals, and the natural world inspires her to take her wellness practice outdoors as often as possible – teaching yoga in the park or leading wellness retreats to some of the world’s most beautiful and powerful places.
