I'm Angela . I used to work as a self-employed management consultant with the NHS and I have a MSc in Healthcare.During that time, I also trained as a massage therapist, aromatherapist, a Chakra Dancing teacher and a Reiki Master.Life took a turn, and I found myself back in the corporate world this time as an employee.My stress levels hit the roof, my central nervous system became frayed, and I felt like I was lost.I started my yoga journey as a way to reconnect. We live in a world where everything is 100 miles an hour, and yoga gave me the opportunity to stop , connect and destress.I then decided to take a Yoga Teacher trainers course and qualified in June 2024 at 56 years of age. I've been teaching since Feb 2024.I also run retreats and events and teach classes in Frinton on Sea and Holland on Sea.I am a member of Yoga Teachers Together.I teach yoga for beginners. This can still be a challenging class and if you attend regularly, you will see an improvement in flexibility, mobility, and body strength.
