Hi! My name is Ursula with Flow & Culture. I was born in Mexico and learned about spirituality at an early age. After a challenging childhood and moving to California, meditation and yoga helped me find balance and deep healing. Transformed by studying Vedic philosophy and the mind and body connection, I became a teacher to guide others in their own journeys. I am passionate about inspiring the community to develop their own practice on and off the mat. I host various events such as yoga nidra, somatic healing, reiki circles, yin yoga experiences, meditations, breathwork - I love combining modalities that have helped me in my journey and sharing them with others.
