The Carlyle House Historic Park is a historic house museum and garden located in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. We are committed to telling the stories of people associated with this property since 1753 when the house was finished by City of Alexandria town founder, John Carlyle. The site is available for rental. Carlyle House is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums and is owned and operated by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority.
