I facilitate mindful movement and mental wellbeing events and collaborations with the work I do in yin yoga, hatha yoga, qigong, sound healing, tapping and five element acupressure.Workshops may include a nervous system reset sequence or guided meditations for relaxation and creativity.I do collaborations with other businesses and other creators interested in health, yoga, wellbeing and community.I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT CREATING MORE OF WHAT I LOVE. Including more peace, ease, flow, fun, connection and joy.My gift is inspiring others to play, let go and have fun through movement. I love sharing simple and effective grounding and self-regulation tools / practices mixed in to mindful moving flows and passive long held stretches in stillness where you can tune in and find what feels good for you.
