You and Me Wellness Day

Join us at Church Farm Estate for a day of mindfulness and well-being with other parents and children. Our team will bring people together in a welcoming and supportive space to explore yoga, nutrition and lifestyle evaluation to focus on personal development.

We’re excited to announce a NEW offering here at Church Farm Estate for 2024: our Summer Parent & Child Retreat Day.

•When?

Saturday 17th August 2024, 10am-2pm.

•Who’s it aimed at?

Children ages 6-11 with their parent or carer.

•What will the day look like?

We serve delicious juices on arrival and you’ll be taken on a tour of the farm. There will be opportunity for an outdoor pool swim, animal feeding & cuddles, professional children’s yoga session, adult stretch & mobility workshop, and nutritious lunch including homegrown produce.
