I’ve always been a bit of a personal development junkie—a lover of breathwork, sound healing, self-discovery, yoga, anything pampering, and holistic health. While I’m all about exploring the depths of the human experience, I keep both feet firmly on the ground.My journey as a 9D Breathwork facilitator began after my first "Letting Go" experience. It didn’t feel like a choice—it was more like a deep knowing. I knew immediately that this was something I needed to share, so I started my facilitator training right after that first session.My biggest message is, come as you are. There is no "type of person" who benefits from breathwork. The opportunoty for deep inner knowingness is for us all!Choose the journey that speaks to you most—if you're unsure, "Letting Go" is an incredible starting point. My passion is to share this deeply healing and soul-nourishing modality in a way that feels welcoming, safe, and accessible for everyone.
