A premiere yoga and wellness space that serves the individual needs of each person who walks through the door. We offer an empowering yoga practice and variety of strength-based classes geared towards building warrior-like strength - physically, mentally, and spiritually - all through small group classes, one-on-one private sessions, and workshops.All are welcome here.We are courageous. We laugh. We fall - and get up. Our name, 3 legged dog (3LD), is inspired not only by one of our favorite yoga poses - it is inspired by the strength of a warrior. 3LD celebrates the fighting spirit in all of us.We believe that together - nothing is impossible.
