Circuit training is my absolute favorite – it's the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and variety, and it's adaptable for everyone. I'm excited to share my love of circuits with you and guide you through a fun and effective workout. Let's get moving! Each class is$10 dollarsand can either be paid in cash or through venmo to@zyclev. If using venmo just put the date of the class in the description like this "2/12/25".
