Hi im Emma the founder of conscious connecting. A community where self discovery and healing intertwine. I created conscious connecting after years of suffering in silence and alone. Through holistic wellness practices, I pass on all the wisdom, knowledge and techniques I've learnt over the last decade.My workshops are designed and created for people wanting community and connection to come alone or a space to bring friends for a creative evening. I offer a safe space with no judgment and calming energy to help ease any nerves you may have with going alone to events.My group sessions offer a range of somatic excerise release, eft tapping, jounaliing, affrimations, connection, cacao ceremony and creativity to help regulate your nervouse system. Create community, family, self discovery and healing.My website is due to be ready mid February and I will then offer 1:1 sessions with mentorship but for now the best way to experience holistic wellness and be apart of a community dedicated to growth and connection is by coming along to the workshops and sessions.I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story, hearing about your trials and tribulations, to see your strength and the love you hold so close to your heart.Ill See You Soon <3xo Emma ox
