Hi im Emma the founder of conscious connecting. A community where self discovery and healing intertwine. I created conscious connecting after years of suffering in silence and alone. Through holistic wellness practices, I pass on all the wisdom, knowledge and techniques I've learnt over the last decade.My workshops are designed and created for people wanting community and connection to come alone or a space to bring friends for a creative evening. I offer a safe space with no judgment and calming energy to help ease any nerves you may have with going alone to events.My group sessions offer a range of somatic excerise release, eft tapping, jounaliing, affrimations, connection, cacao ceremony and creativity to help regulate your nervouse system.
