Her Cheeses and seasonal creations are served at culinary events and Michelin-starred restaurants nationwide. Sheana owns with her husband Ben Sessions, a culinary center in Sonoma CA. In addition, she consults for international cheese education. In 2023, Sheana Davis & Karina Davis published Buttermonger. In 2024, Sheana became a Guild de Fromage member.
