Davis engages and inspires cheese lovers through the process of creating fresh, delicious cheeses including Crème de Ricotta, in her interactive, hands on cheese classes. Her Cheeses and seasonal creations are served at culinary events and Michelin-starred restaurants nationwide. Sheana owns with her husband Ben Sessions, a culinary center in Sonoma CA. In addition, she consults for international cheese education. In 2023, Sheana Davis & Karina Davis published Buttermonger. In 2024, Sheana became a Guild de Fromage member.
