Mudra Love is from Kathmandu, Nepal. Her father, who was a Buddhist monk, taught her how to meditate. Overtime she has strengthened her practice and understanding through educational training programs such as Mindfulness Meditation taught by Jon Kabat- Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). Today she teaches various forms of meditation, breath work, self-compassion, mindful movement, and more.
