She helps clients learn how to recognize when they’re emotionally depleted, recharge their energy, and focus on what truly restores them.Laura runs a thriving private practice in Toronto and Gananoque, offering talk therapy, somatic therapy, and sound therapy. She also provides sound bath experiences and Sound-Based Stress Reduction workshops for organizations including the Government of Ontario, Rotman School of Management, and private retreats/wellness gatherings.Laura's thoughtfully amplified sound healing experiences incorporate the ethereal tones of quartz crystal bowls, sound healing instruments, soothing layers of ambient composition, and the healing power of voice.
