Laura Notton is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Sound Therapy Practitioner with over twenty-five years of experience supporting individuals and groups. Throughout her career, Laura has helped people from all walks of life navigate life’s hardest moments by gaining clarity, reducing anxiety, healing old wounds, and setting boundaries without feeling guilty. She helps clients learn how to recognize when they’re emotionally depleted, recharge their energy, and focus on what truly restores them.Laura runs a thriving private practice in Toronto and Gananoque, offering talk therapy, somatic therapy, and sound therapy. She also provides sound bath experiences and Sound-Based Stress Reduction workshops for organizations including the Government of Ontario, Rotman School of Management, and private retreats/wellness gatherings.Laura's thoughtfully amplified sound healing experiences incorporate the ethereal tones of quartz crystal bowls, sound healing instruments, soothing layers of ambient composition, and the healing power of voice.
