My work has always centered around nervous system regulation, presence, and emotional resilience—but more than anything, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, feel seen, and rediscover the joy of real, in-person connection.As an ambivert who thrives on meaningful conversations and shared experiences, I’ve felt the impact of a world that’s constantly pulling us toward screens and away from each other. The Unplugged Collective was born from my desire to change that—to offer a space where we can remember what it feels like to be fully present, without the distractions of notifications and endless scrolling.When I’m not dreaming up new ways to bring people together, you’ll probably find me somewhere in nature, enjoying quality time with my partner, or soul-filling conversation over tea with my dear friends.I can’t wait to welcome you into this space, where we trade screens for stories, silence for shared laughter, and busyness for true belonging.
