My work has always centered around nervous system regulation, presence, and emotional resilience—but more than anything, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, feel seen, and rediscover the joy of real, in-person connection.As an ambivert who thrives on meaningful conversations and shared experiences, I’ve felt the impact of a world that’s constantly pulling us toward screens and away from each other.
