About

1st Wicklow Greystones Scout Troop was founded in 1908 and has four youth member sections: Beavers (age 6 -9), Cubs (age 9-12), Scouts (age 12-15) and Ventures (age 16-18).Our event venue is local and events are held to fundraise so the Troop can continue to help our youth members thrive using scouting principles of learning by doing, learning to think critically, adapting and solving problems in outdoor setting, collaboration and teamwork, leadership and responsibility, creativity and innovation.
