We are Patricia Martel and Franchesca Ranger, Yoga teachers from the Ottawa area, dedicated to guiding you through movement, breath, and minfulness. Patricia has been teaching for 20 years, beginning in the GTA and now sharing her expertise in Ottawa. Franchesca's journey began six years ago, and she brings her experience as a certified Reiki practitioner to her teaching.Come flow with us, deepen your practice, and connect with a like-minded community.
