Hi, my name is Andrew Dooley and I have been a breathwork facilitator in the U.K and Ireland for the last 3 years. My awareness and attention was first drawn towards the power of breathing following a profound experience I had in an emergency room back in 2019. That very experience sent me on a journey of inner self discovery and transformation all through the power of the breath. I believe there is a perfect intelligence inside all of us, one which knows exactly how to be. However over time we have fotgotten it.
