Andy is a mental health trainer and canicrosser who lives in the Ogmore Valley with his three dogs Monty, Ernie and Humphrey. He speaks regularly at mental health events and conferences, and gave a TEDx talk on the topic of suicide postvention. He is passionate about raising awareness of mental health and reducing the stigma that still exists
