Angelika Paints Atelier & Galerie

Geboren und aufgewachsen in Berlin, war ich immer von Kunst fasziniert und lernte früh, mich visuell auszudrücken. Beim malen kann ich in fantasievolle Geschichten eintauchen.Ich studierte Kunst in den USA und schloss mit einem Master vom Maryland Institute College of Art ab. Über 20 Jahre lebte ich in den USA und besuchte regelmäßig Europa, um neue Ideen zu sammeln.Seit 2020 war ich wieder in Deutschland. Zwei Jahre arbeitete ich als Kunstlehrerin in Ulm, seit 2022 lebte ich in Esslingen. Hier konzentrierte ich mich auf neue Elemente in meiner Kunst, Ausstellungen und Unterricht.Im Dezember 2023 eröffnete ich das „Angelika Paints“ Studio & Galerie in Esslingen. Mit meinen Bildern wollte ich persönliche Geschichten erzählen und Emotionen wie Traurigkeit und Freude widerspiegeln.IN ENGLISH:Born and raised in Berlin, I was always fascinated by art and learned early to express myself visually. My father once said, "A job that makes you unhappy will also make those around you unhappy." Painting allowed me to immerse myself in imaginative stories.I studied art in the USA and graduated with a Master's from the Maryland Institute College of Art. For over 20 years, I lived in the USA and regularly visited Europe to gather new ideas.Since 2020, I have been back in Germany. I spent two years teaching art in Ulm and have lived in Esslingen since 2022. Here, I focused on integrating new elements into my work, exhibiting art, and teaching.In December 2023, I opened the "Angelika Paints" Studio & Gallery in Esslingen. With my paintings, I aimed to tell personal stories and reflect emotions like sadness and joy of life.
