Angie Grgat is a full time space holder & medicine carrier.Since 2004 Angie has been certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Sculpt yoga, Core Plus & Pilates. She completed her Reiki mastery and Theta advanced energy healing courses in 2014-5 and runs her Holistic Yoga Retreats out of Bali & Australia.In 2016-17 she spent time in Peru with the Amazonian Shipibo tribe cultivating a deep love for working with traditional shamanic healing practices. She later continued this learning in Costa Rica doing life advancement work, integrating a range of practices from Central America.Angie is also the founder of Jiwa Yoga Bali & has spent most of her time between the US, Costa Rica & Australia promoting empowerment through joyous conscious living.
