Hello, we're Balance. We make mixed-culture, barrel fermented beer in Manchester. We focus on showcasing high quality British ingredients through modern interpretations of our favourite historical brewing styles and processes.Our brewery taproom is open: Thursdays 5-10pm, Fridays 2-10pm, Saturdays 12-10pm & Sundays 12-8pm.
