After five years as an independent stylist, I founded BANG, LLC out of a desire for something more—more community, more support, and more authenticity. I was disheartened by the competitive, cutthroat culture that dominates so much of the beauty industry. BANG was my answer to that. What started as a personal vision has grown into a salon that challenges industry norms. Our mission is simple: revolutionize the salon experience by offering fair wages, promoting work-life balance, and building a team culture rooted in support and community involvement.
